Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues). We do not guarantee delivery dates.

At this time, Alpenbound.com ships to select regions. If international shipping is available to your location, options and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Alpenbound.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at matthew@alpenbound.shop, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to buyer error, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
